Hope In Motion Foundation was born from a mother’s love and advocacy for her son with autism and the realization that too many individuals with special abilities are left without direction or support as they enter young adulthood. What began as a personal journey to find meaningful opportunities for one child became a mission to create a true “next step” for many.
Hope in Motion Foundation exists to create meaningful opportunities for individuals with special abilities to thrive in their careers, communities, and everyday lives. We are dedicated to breaking down barriers that limit participation, growth, and independence, and to supporting programs and partnerships that empower both participants and the communities that support them.
Hope In Motion Foundation’s mission is to expand opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities by mobilizing resources, partnerships, and advocacy that strengthen the programs and services of Hope Harbor Day Habilitation Center.
We envision a community where every individual with developmental disabilities is empowered to reach their fullest potential, supported by sustainable resources, inclusive opportunities, and strong community partnerships.
